Scullysong delivers high quality commercial tiling through professional project management, technical expertise and experience, the use of superior materials, the deployment of highly skilled personnel, the finest equipment, a meticulous attention to detail, a dedicated training program, the ability to meet deadlines, outstanding quality control and assured start times.
Scullysong is ideally suited for complex and large commercial projects such as shopping centres, hotels, age-care facilities, government public buildings and spaces as well as large-scale residential property developments and specialised projects where water-proofing is critical.
Our experience includes floors, walls, balconies, mezzanines, outdoor areas – even complex installations prone to a high degree of movement [such as bridges].
Scullysong consults and works with all involved in the specification, design and installation chain. We also work with all on-site trades.
Sourcing the finest artisan materials from the leading quarries and tile makers of the world, Scullysong is also experienced in the installation of non-slip surfaces and other hardwearing, high impact/high compression materials specially suited for large, high-traffic areas as well as weather/fade-resistant tiles, laminates and cladding for external and outdoor applications.
A meticulous attention to detail means no design or installation issue is too complex. Scullysong can install a wide variety of projects from intricate Persian-inspired mosaics to large-format porcelain sheets.
To ensure technical excellence, Scullysong examines the structure and specifications to assess structural integrity, ensure specifications are technically accurate, properly detailed and documentation is complete.
Scullysong has an extensive experience in Africa, Europe, America and Asia working on large-sheet, laminate vertical cladding, marble, large-scale porcelain sheeting, glazed porcelain tiling, travertine, specially rated non-slip tiling and other specialised high traffic and impact surfaces. With more than 12 years experience our estimator will inspect the site wherever practicable.
Once contracted, Scullysong assigns a technically qualified and an experienced onsite Project Manager to liaise with other trades, site managers and supervisors to ensure specifications are met, disruption is minimised, scheduled targets are met and safety protocols are observed.
Scullysong only employs experienced, professional personnel. We use materials exactly as specified. All practices comply with Australian standards. Scullysong complies with all PPE site requirements and adheres to a strict zero-harm policy. Site insurance covers professional indemnity and workers compensation.
